Delete your Pumpee account and data

Two ways to do it, one in the app, the other by email. Either way, deletion is permanent: your sessions, your runs and your private spots can’t be recovered.

Option 1 · recommended

From the app

  1. Open the Profile tab.
  2. Tap the Settings icon at the top right.
  3. Go to Account.
  4. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately, without going through us.

Option 2

By email

No longer have access to the app, or prefer to go through us? Send a request from your account’s email address, stating your username.

Request deletion

Handled within 30 days maximum, usually within a few days. We confirm by email.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, your username and your email.
  • All your sessions, your runs and your GPS tracks.
  • Your private spots and your photos.
  • Your foil setups, your XP, your levels and your trophies.
  • Your session cards and your watch data.
  • Your likes, comments and friend links.

What may remain, and why

  • Spots you made public may stay on the community map, with no link to your identity — other riders rely on them. Tell us if you want them gone too.
  • Anonymised technical logs (12 months maximum), which can’t be used to re-identify you.
  • Data the law requires us to keep, for strictly as long as needed.
  • Backups, purged within 30 days after deletion.

Don’t want to lose everything?

Before deleting, you can also:

  • delete a specific session or spot, without touching the account;
  • switch all your sessions back to private if it’s the visibility that bothers you;
  • request a copy of your data before erasure.
