Pumpee is a pump foil session logbook. These terms say what the app does, what it doesn’t, and what we expect from you when you add a spot or a photo.
The most important thing: safety on the water. Pumpee is a measurement tool, not safety gear and not a navigation instrument. You remain solely responsible for your practice: water conditions, traffic, local rules, equipment, helmet and vest, and your decision to head out or come back. Never handle your phone while riding — the app is built exactly for that: you set it up before, you stow the phone, you look after.
These terms govern the use of the Pumpee app, published by B2CORP. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. If you don’t agree with one of these rules, don’t use the app.
Distances, speeds, pump counts, start success rates: all computed from the GPS and sensors of your phone or watch. Accuracy depends on the hardware, satellite coverage, where the phone sits on you and the conditions. These numbers are made to track your progress, not to settle a competition or serve as official proof of a record.
You remain the owner of your content. By sharing it publicly in the app, you grant us a free, non-exclusive license to host it and display it to other users as part of the service — nothing more, and it ends when you delete the content.
You agree not to publish:
A spot you add stays private by default. Making it public is a deliberate action on your part — think of the neighbours, the dock owner and the peace of the place before you do it.
Any public content can be reported, from the app or by email to contact@pumpee.fr.
In the event of repeated or serious breaches, we may suspend or delete an account. You can contest a moderation decision by simply replying to the email you received.
Recording your sessions and viewing your recaps are free, with no time limit. If paid features ever appear, they’ll be announced clearly and won’t make you pay for what used to be free.
The app evolves: features may be added, changed or removed. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.
The app, its name, logo, screens, texts and code belong to B2CORP. You have a personal right to use the app: no copying, decompiling, mass data extraction or commercial reuse without written consent.
Pumpee is provided as is, with the care we put into building it. We can’t be held liable for an accident during a session, for inaccurate or lost data, for a service interruption, or for how another user makes use of a shared spot.
Remember to export or back up what matters to you. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a disagreement, we always start by talking it through: write to us at contact@pumpee.fr. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protective rules applicable to consumers residing in another European Union country, Switzerland or Canada.
